In the third series of commemorative limited-edition watches celebrating Seiko’s 145th anniversary, “Edo purple” serves as a central design element. This color reflects traditions passed on from ancient Edo to modern-day Tokyo and the spirit of creativity that has kept Japan’s largest city evolving into the present day.

Based on the popular SKX series, this model features a dial color inspired by “Edo-murasaki”. A shade of purple that was popular in clothing during the Edo period is making it attractive to pair with contemporary fashion.
