Return an online purchase for exchange (or store credit) by mail or at Assaleh Joailleries-Jewellers store
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (or store credit). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for an exchange (or store credit), your item must be sellable (i.e. has not been worn, altered, engraved or special-ordered), with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Discounted or on sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for exchange (or store credit).
To start a return for exchange (or store credit), please follow the instructions below:
1. Contact us
Send us an email at email@example.com. If your order is eligible for exchange (or store credit), we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and Form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Your package must be sent as received, including:
- the merchandise
- the printed Return Authorization Number and Form
- the web proof of purchase
- the original packaging
- any original warranty, certificate, or other documents included with your order.
3. Ship your package using the company and service of your choice (n/a for in-store exchange)
Shipping costs for the exchange (or store credit) of an item are always the customer's responsibility. For this reason, you can choose the company and the service of your choice to send the item you want to return for exchange (or store credit). Assaleh Joailleries-Jewellers will not assume responsibility for compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.
4. Processing your exchange (n/a for in-store exchange)
Upon receiving your package, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for exchange (or store credit), we will contact you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for exchange (or store credit) on discounted or on sale items.
